This 12 week individualized training plan includes everything you need to get started on your fitness journey. Once you purchase this plan you will receive an email with questions to answer. When I receive the answered questions I will create a completely personalized exercise plan to meet your specific needs. Have 3 days a week to exercise? 6 days? 30 minutes a day? 90 minutes?
