This 6 week individualized training plan includes everything you need to get started on your fitness journey. Once you purchase this plan you will receive an email with questions to answer. When I receive the answered questions I will create a completely personalized exercise plan to meet your specific needs. Have 3 days a week to exercise? 6 days? 30 minutes a day? 90 minutes? Trying to lose weight? Gain muslcle mass? Increase endurance? Whatever your needs and goals are I will use to create your plan.
